Finish basement
Kris has the experience and vision you need for any remodel. He provided various ideas on how to finish our basement and he never skimped on the details. The work itself is also great quality. A true gem of a find. We’ll be using him in the future for remodels. Wonderful experience and well-crafted outcomes. Additionally, he was great at staying within our budget and he’s a great person all around.

Kris is not just a master craftsman, he is a designer. He brings ideas and unique materials to the projects as well as dependability and trustworthiness. We have worked with Kris on numerous projects (bathroom shower, tile backsplash, slate floor, wine closet, …) and will continue to use him in the future.

bathroom renovation and kitchenette
We hired Vollrath Renovations to construct a bathroom on our lower level. We evaluated 3 separate contracting organizations. The expertise, attention to detail and level of guidance by Kris was unsurpassed. He was meticulous in his work as well as work-area, and made suggestions along the way which were welcome. Our bathroom is a showplace. As we saw what a meticulous job he did on the bathroom, we contracted Vollrath to construct a kitchenette for us on the lower level as well. Again, he did not disappoint! The kitchenette was done efficiently and with the same level of quality we came to expect.
Vollrath Renovations is an honest and dependable organization; we will be using them again!
